Job Summary:
CodeMax, the leading provider of RCM solutions for the Behavioral Health Industry, seeks a highly motivated and created Marketing Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support, develop, execute, and measure comprehensive marketing strategies and communications initiatives. Major function areas include creating marketing collateral, content, campaign management, and reporting results. This role will help support our marketing efforts to promote the company's services, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Development & Execution:
- Assist in creating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads to CodeMax
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for online and offline marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Maintain the marketing communications calendar to ensure marketing initiatives and timelines are aligned and consistent in meeting the department's goals.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking
- Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising efforts to boost online visibility and web traffic
3. Marketing Materials and Content Creation:
- Develop marketing materials: brochures, digital assets, emails
- Write and edit blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and other content for the website and marketing materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop educational content around medical billing, industry trends, and related topics
- Create a visual content such as infographics, videos, and presentations to support marketing initiatives
4. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track KPI's, and prepare reports with actionable insights to improve marketing strategies
5. Brand & Corporate Communications:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposals
6. Event Support:
- Help organize and promote virtual and in-person events such as webinars, industry conferences and trade shows
- Research and propose new events or conferences that align with company goals, and craft marketing strategies around them
- Provide marketing support before, during and after events to maximize brand exposure and engagement
7. Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with company goals
- Work closely with third-party agencies and other external vendors to implement marketing initiatives
- Provide marketing support for new product launches or service offerings
8. Reporting:
- Track campaign analytics to measure effectiveness, reporting key performance metrics to leadership, and refining strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to healthcare, medical, billing, and B2B services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to create internal communications and support company-wide messaging platforms such as newsletters and intranets
- Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and editing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach and proactive attitude.
