CODE Plus, Inc., an IT government contractor, located in Fairfax, VA with offices in Huntsville, AL and Oak Ridge, TN have been in business for 29 years and have been servicing different agencies within the Federal sector. Currently seeking a Sr. ERP Business Analyst to work under the guidance government subject matter experts, industry, and vendor representatives to as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with Enterprise Resource Planning.
Clearance: ACTIVE Secret Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Additive Manufacturing Digital Thread and Logistics Product Data Management (LPDM).
- Review, analyze, and make strategic and tactical recommendations for operations in technical areas, including additive manufacturing, business systems processes, and data management.
- Lead business process sessions with Additive Manufacturing stakeholders to develop and recommend strategic and tactical options that align with client mission objectives.
- Associate business processes with target metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and interpret/translate information to senior leadership.
- Ensure the customer stays abreast of new technologies pertaining to IT implementation.
- Participate in functional requirements definition and business process design sessions with end-users in support of the client's modernization, integration and improvement effort
- Support on-going DT operations and system enhancements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large and/or complex data sets.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis
- 10 years of experience and a master’s degree, or 12 years of experience and a bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically familiarity with LMP and its basic functionality and Transaction codes
- Knowledge of OIB logistics and supply chain management systems
- Proficient in learning new tools and technologies quickly, with a strong foundation in data analysis and metrics
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a depot, ammunition, or arsenal environment
Education: Undergraduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Business field
