We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a strong background in accounting, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth financial operations.

Compensation Range: $101K - $131K
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a strong background in accounting, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth financial operations.
What You’ll Do Here…
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results
- Develop recommendations to optimize Coder’s accounting systems and procedures and detect inaccuracies
- Support business processes and accounting policies and prepare corresponding documentation
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and system enhancements
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on revenue recognition and general accounting functions
- 1 years of experience with NetSuite
- Experience with US GAAP, with a particular focus on revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and EQ
- Self-motivated, with a creative and analytical mindset

- Public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification
- Strong preference of startup experience
- Experience in a software or technology company
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Familiarity with ERP and other accounting software tools such as Ramp and Rippling
- Experience working in both startups and larger organizations
- A curiosity about the latest tech trends and what is going on in the world of developer tools
