Role : MSBI Admin

Experience : 5 - 8 years

Location : Hybrid (Work from Office / Home)

Mandatory Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) stack, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting MSBI infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of database management and optimization, especially in SQL Server environments.
Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and report generation.
Hands-on experience with Power BI administration and performance tuning.

Good to Have Skills :

Knowledge of Azure Data Services and cloud-based BI solutions.

Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.

Understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.

Prior experience working in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities :

MSBI Administration :

Install, configure, and maintain MSBI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).

Ensure the smooth operation of MSBI servers and troubleshoot any issues.

Performance Management :

Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks in data processing.

Optimize database queries and ETL workflows.

Collaboration :

Work with cross-functional teams, including WMG / Business stakeholders, to validate inputs and requirements.

Coordinate with developers and analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Support & Maintenance :

Provide technical support for MSBI solutions and address client concerns.

Implement upgrades and patches for MSBI tools and SQL Server.

Documentation :

Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and processes.
