What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dream big, plan bigger: Create and roll out the ultimate vision for the Agile CoE, making it the beating heart of the company’s transformation journey.
• Spread the Agile love: Inspire teams worldwide, turning skeptics into superfans and making Agile a way of life.
• Build an A-team: Assemble a rockstar Agile squad, mentoring them to deliver magic across the business.
• Be the Agile guru: Guide senior leaders with your wisdom, influencing and aligning them with your grand plans.
• Keep things on track: Design governance processes that ensure Agile practices are smooth, consistent, and fully compliant (because innovation needs structure too!).
• Lead by example: Collaborate, connect, and constantly push the boundaries of what Agile can achieve.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with the latest trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table and evolving the CoE into a world-class operation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven trailblazer in leading large-scale Agile transformations (bonus points if you’ve done this in regulated environments).
• Someone who gets Agile - Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, DevOps - you name it, you own it.
• A people person who can inspire teams, win over stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations like a pro.
• A sharp mind with big-picture thinking and the ability to turn ideas into action.
• Relevant qualifications (think CSM, ICP-ACC, or SPC), with solid ans extensive experience in making Agile magic happen.
