Job Description
- Design System Development:
- Develop a robust, scalable Design System, including reusable components, style guides, and interaction patterns
- Ensure the Design System is comprehensive, consistent, and easy for engineers to adopt without requiring constant design input
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, refine, and implement the
- Design System across the application suite.
- User-Centric UX Design:
- Conduct user research to understand the unique needs of marketing professionals and other stakeholders.
- Translate research insights into intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to validate design decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing strategists to ensure alignment on design objectives and implementation.
- Act as a bridge between design and engineering teams, providing clear documentation and guidance for component usage.
- Visual Design Excellence:
- Deliver a polished and aesthetically pleasing visual identity that complements the application’s functionality.
- Maintain brand consistency while enhancing usability and engagement.
- 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on building Design Systems.
- Proven track record of developing Design Systems used in production applications by engineering teams.
- Experience in the marketing or media planning industry is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.Familiarity with front-end frameworks and how Design Systems integrate with development workflows (e.g., React, Angular).
