Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, including reengineering business processes and implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Create solution options, assess risks, and conduct financial analyses (e.g., cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build).
- Prepare detailed documentation, including Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
- Support and enhance business warehouse/intelligence systems, including deploying and managing end-user reporting tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define reporting and data warehousing requirements and recommend solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to support ongoing operations within the Enterprise Reporting Team.
- Maintain expertise in relational database concepts and client-server architectures.
- Proven experience with multiple Infor Global HR/Benefits/Absence-Leave/Payroll implementations.
- Demonstrated success in Infor Version 11 application upgrades.
- Extensive experience (15 years) working with Lawson Versions 8, 9, and 10 for HR-related modules (HR, BN, PR, LP, PA).
- At least 3 years of experience implementing CloudSuite GHR and Payroll solutions.
- 15 years of expertise with BSI Tax Factory or equivalent tax compliance systems.
