Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) applications, including Document AI (DOC AI) and Google Chatbot. DOC AI is a Google Cloud-based tool used for digitizing and indexing marriage licenses, integrating extracted information into FileNet and an on-premises application called VERA.
This role is essential for ensuring the stability and functionality of these systems, improving business processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with SEM/SUITE standards. The selected candidate will also serve as a technical lead, providing guidance to other developers and supporting various critical applications. Their expertise will help prevent data integrity issues and ensure the accurate processing and reporting of vital information.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance AI and machine learning solutions.
- Work with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), and/or C .
- Process and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, and/or Pandas.
- Design and implement unit and integration tests for chatbot flows and APIs.
- Debug and monitor performance to ensure smooth chatbot functionality.
- Apply conversation design principles to create user-friendly chatbot interfaces.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face’s Transformers for text-based document processing.
- Apply NLP techniques, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management.
- Implement Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions using Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.
- Develop chatbot solutions with Dialogflow ES or CX, Google Assistant SDK, or other Google Cloud chatbot tools.
- Integrate chatbots across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and voice assistants.
- Work with RESTful APIs and webhooks to enable seamless backend communication.
- Utilize cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud AI, or Azure AI for document processing and AI model deployment.
- Deploy and manage chatbot applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like Google Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Firestore.
- Improve conversational flows, manage dialogue context, and enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate using agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to drive continuous improvements.
- 5 years in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

- 5 years designing, building, and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
- 5 years in project development using Angular/React JS, and JavaScript framework.
- 5 years of programming in the JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment including JBOSS Workflow.
- 5 years using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.
- 5 years implemented agile development processes including test-driven development.
- 3 years of experience or knowledge on creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
