Our client’s Oracle CPQ administration and development team is responsible for maintaining product and price lists by partner and customer segment. The application tracks allowable discounts, calculates revenue, and manages quote line items, ensuring seamless integration with calling applications. The team collaborates closely with the Enterprise Product & Pricing team to ensure compliance with configuration rules and revenue assurance standards.

Our client’s Oracle CPQ administration and development team is responsible for maintaining product and price lists by partner and customer segment. The application tracks allowable discounts, calculates revenue, and manages quote line items, ensuring seamless integration with calling applications. The team collaborates closely with the Enterprise Product & Pricing team to ensure compliance with configuration rules and revenue assurance standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the Quoting & Pricing application functions correctly with accurate product and price lists for partners and customer segments.
- Analyze new requirements and break them down for the offshore team of three members.
- Provide technical oversight on system architecture, design, and user experience.
- Review new tasks and defects, troubleshoot issues, and assign work to offshore technical resources as needed.
- Analyze, design, develop, and test applications for local, networked, or internet-based systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
- Participate in software design meetings and contribute to technical requirement discussions.
- Create technical documentation based on business requirements and conceptual designs.
- Prepare documentation for installation and ongoing maintenance.
- Present technical and business information to internal and external audiences.
- At least 8 years of professional development background, including a minimum of 4 years of experience in CPQ development and administration. Preference for Oracle CPQ.
- Multiple years of professional experience working with Salesforce and CPQ integration, preferably with Oracle CPQ.
- Professional experience working with DocuSign and CPQ integration, preferably with Oracle CPQ.
- 4 years of experience working with web services, particularly REST or SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of software industry standards (ISO, CMM, Six Sigma) and financial regulations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
