Codeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.

Who We’re Looking For : 2 UX Product Designers for Financial Services

Location : NYC, Hybrid 2 days / week onsite

Duration : 9 month contract with possibilities for extensions

Responsibilities :

The individual will be supporting the development of an application that helps financial advisors deliver comprehensive and personalized financial plans.

Analyze and simplify complex features and workflows, balancing user and business needs to create intuitive experiences.
Develop systematic interaction design language across systems and platforms.
Contribute to shaping the future of the product experience, supporting both customers and financial planners from onboarding to long-term engagement.

Qualifications :

Two or more years of experience designing interfaces for complex digital products and applications.

Experience based on Interactive Design

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with a strong focus on user needs.

Deep understanding of core design principles, including visual design, user-centered design, brand development, and product architecture.

Strong ability to advocate for users and communicate their needs throughout the design process.

Holistic approach to user experience, including research, conceptualization, user flows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, or similar tools necessary to execute design tasks. Strong Figma is a requirement.

Portfolio Required

2 examples of work that include : Problem Statement, Research, Solution / Trade-offs, Success Metrics

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60.00 to $65.00. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
