Who We Are Looking For :
We are seeking a mid-level HR IT Support Analyst to join our Client's growing HR IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday, specifically in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll modules, with the ability to effectively support system enhancements, audits, and projects. The role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Audit / Risk, and will contribute to the optimization of the Workday platform, ensuring smooth system functionality across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities :
- Resolve HR technology cases, manage system enhancements, perform audits, conduct testing, and oversee small-to-medium-scale projects.
- Coordinate the rollout of system enhancements, ensuring seamless collaboration among relevant teams.
- Support new system releases and bug fixes, particularly in the context of project management for the HR technology platform.
- Collaborate with Audit / Risk, Finance, and IT teams to provide necessary data for system access reviews and audits.
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for system errors or failures related to Workday applications, direct access, data integration, and other supported HR systems.
- Optimize Workday HCM, security, and reporting functions.
- Partner with external vendors for career site redesign initiatives.
- Work with Prizm analytics and table management.
- Enhance the onboarding process and manage organizational structure changes.
- Support Workday functionality across multiple jurisdictions.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $40 and $65. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
