Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Pay Rate: $43 to $51/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Elkridge, MD
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern time (8 Hours a Day - Monday to Friday)
Our client is a large Aerospace Industry Manufacturer.
Job description:
- Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
- Receive incoming materials from vendors and from manufacturing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory including identifying special stock requirements and segregating accordingly.
- Process Material Receipts
- Pull Material to support manufacturing work in progress (WIP) and Contract End Items (CEI)
- Satisfy Material Requests
- Perform physical cycle counts per CM and MMAS standards. Reconcile stock and process necessary adjustments. Identify, communicate, and process physical inventory loss per CM and in support of Northrop and Government/Customer-owned property.
- Execute process compliance during internal and external process audits
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics, warehouse, or similar role
- Able to obtain and keep a forklift operating license
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Experience with Microsoft products
- Should be well organized, effective working independently communication skills Microsoft products.
- Should be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of commitment to overall mission.
- Should possess the ability to learn and follow established processes, procedures, and requirements.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $43.00 - $51.00 per hour
