Senior Accounting Systems Analyst
Salary: $105-110,000 5% bonus
Location: 4 days on-site, either Providence (RI) or Boston (MA)

About the Role:
The Senior Accounting Systems Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that corporate business systems effectively support financial reporting and operational needs.
This position requires close collaboration with IT and global finance teams to assess business requirements, establish best practices, and implement policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and SAP FICO, along with expertise in lease accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS). A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for supporting enterprise performance management (EPM) systems and their integration with financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain master data across multiple systems, including SAP, financial consolidation tools, and lease accounting platforms.
- Manage security profiles and access controls within financial and reporting systems.
- Ensure seamless data integration between SAP and other financial applications.
- Perform system testing, validate data integrity, and reconcile discrepancies across platforms.
- Develop and maintain reports to support financial planning and corporate decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between IT and finance teams to align system modifications with reporting requirements.
- Manage user approval workflows and purchase requisition processes.
- Provide global user support across different time zones when needed.
- Train new employees on financial systems and best practices.
- Support new company integrations and ensure smooth system transitions.
- Assist IT and accounting teams during month-end closing activities.
Job requirements:
- 3 years’ experience working in Accounting/Accounting Systems positions
- Accounting knowledge (experience working with IFRS or GAAP)
- Experience working in SAP (ideal AP And AR)
- Experience with Lucernex (or a similar leasing software)
- Knowledge of Hyperion or Oracle EPM Cloud a plus
Salary : $105,000 - $110,000
