Codinix Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the Engineering, IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and managing direct clients in the US market, particularly in staffing and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and establish relationships with new direct clients across multiple industries, including IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Healthcare.
- Generate leads, engage with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Hiring Managers), and close business deals for staffing, consulting, and workforce solutions.
- Drive end-to-end business development efforts, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the US market, particularly focusing on direct client acquisition.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to align business development efforts with talent supply and hiring needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and client requirements to tailor service offerings effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth and repeat opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing and consulting industry.
- Strong experience in acquiring direct clients in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Healthcare domains.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals with US-based clients.
- Deep understanding of staffing, workforce solutions, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a competitive market.
- Local to Jersey City, NJ or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of direct clients and decision-makers in the US staffing industry.
- Experience working with MSPs, VMS platforms, and enterprise-level staffing solutions.
- Knowledge of US labor laws, work authorization types (H1B, etc.), and contract hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
