Role: Desktop Support

Location: Milwaukee, WI (26th St & Wisconsin Ave).

WORK ARRANGEMENT: 20-40% REMOTE. The work will be mostly onsite, with a potential hybrid model (up to two days remote per week)

  • Desktop Support
  • Remote Desktop Support Tools
  • Active Directory
  • MS Office
  • MECM/SCCM (for patch management, software deployment, and inventory management)
  • Mac OS X
  • Windows 10
  • Windows 11
  • Open to being onsite up to 80% of the time (worst case) in the Milwaukee location
  • Open to on-call/standby by rotations

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
