Responsibilities
- Help to oversee daily quality assurance and food safety practices - it's all in the details
- Assist in maintaining our SQF and HACCP systems
- Verify completion of daily quality and food safety records
- Conduct microbial testing on finished products (No micro testing experience? No problem, we will train you!)
- Support daily preoperational set up and inspections of sanitation, production and employee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
- Reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and supports production and operational improvements

- Experience with safety and food safety preferred but not required
