Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of Codornices Veterinary Clinic. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional who can balance team leadership with operational oversight. The Practice Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, staff are supported, and client experiences remain exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Management
Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to clinical and administrative staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
Operational & Financial Oversight
Manage daily business operations, including budgeting, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Monitor key performance indicators to support financial goals and clinic growth.
Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and workflows.
Client Service & Communication
Ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
Support client communication, education, and engagement in pet care.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety
Maintain compliance with all relevant veterinary regulations, safety standards, and clinic protocols.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, patients, and staff.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in veterinary or medical practice management, or related leadership role.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Financial management experience including budgeting, reporting, and payroll.
Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is preferred.
Salary: $75,000-90,000k BOE
