Location: Kauai, Hawaii (On-site Only)

CoDream is offering a 2-month, in-person Design & UX/UI Internship on the island of Kauai, where you’ll work alongside engineers, builders, and creators on real-world projects with purpose. From off-grid systems to community platforms, you’ll help bring bold ideas to life through thoughtful, user-centered design.
About CoDream
CoDream is a creative incubator building mission-driven, commercially viable projects from the ground up. We’re hands-on, fast-moving, and focused on projects that can make a real impact—whether that’s through tech, sustainability, or storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research and define user flows for early-stage products
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Work closely with engineers to implement designs seamlessly
- Iterate rapidly based on team input and user feedback
- Document style guides, components, and UI patterns for scalable design
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite
- Strong grasp of UX principles and visual design fundamentals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
- Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS or basic front-end implementation
