Assistant Coach of Women's Volleyball
Coe College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Coach of Women's Volleyball. This position is to support the total academic program of the College by implementing the programs, policies, and services approved by the Women’s Volleyball Head Coach that will contribute to the education and welfare of students through athletics. The Assistant Coach shall conduct these efforts within the spirit, policies, and rules of Coe College, the American Rivers Conference, and the NCAA III in a manner that will further the athletic, wellness, personal, social, and academic development of Coe student-athletes.
Classification: Ongoing / Work Schedule: Full-time, 9 months
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and supervising practices and games
- Vigorously recruit students
- Promote the sport, athletics department, and Coe College
- Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Director of Athletics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1-3 years of previous coaching experience is preferred.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States as visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.

- Weekend and evening hours required
- Travel required
- Occasional lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
