In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Associate Creative Director in creating and maintaining the creative vision for all assigned brands. You will have the opportunity manage the day-to-day workload while helping to mentor and develop the art staff.

As a Group Art Supervisor at Coefficient Health, you will:

• Effectively develop visual solutions for assigned product(s)
• Mentor and monitor of direct reports
• Maintain the creative direction/vision of the brand(s)
• Participate in strategic and promotional planning for assigned products
• Assist with distribution and management of brand projects, adhering to timelines and estimates
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of assigned therapeutic categories as well as pharmaceutical marketing restrictions/requirements
• Be an active voice in all strategic and tactical meetings for assigned brand(s)
• Develop working relationship with copy, account, strategy, and project management team members in client interactions and be able to maintain that positive relationship
• Actively participate in client strategic meetings, market research, and work plan development and be able to present ideas and creative solutions comfortably
• Possess solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned brand(s)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Communicate thorough knowledge of assigned product(s) and marketplace
• Present your work and the work of the team to the client
• Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time
• Manage challenging situations both internally and with the client

Essential Requirements:

• 5 years’ healthcare advertising experience preferably in healthcare
• Solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned brand
• Strong digital chops
• Excellent design sense
• Proficient in: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications:

• Salary range $135K to $150K
  
  

The starting salary provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational needs.
