What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Architect position at Coelate Technologies?
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or Structural Engineering with design experience)
- 10 years of experience (licensed preferred) OR 15 years of experience without a license
- Strong experience in construction; preparing construction documents
- Hands-on experience in the field – understands how things are built, not just how they are drawn
- Leadership & mentoring ability – must train young architects who can draft but lack field knowledge
- Recent experience with Revit
- Ability to work onsite in Marion, IN every day
