- Screen and handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Maintain confidential records and organize digital and physical files
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist in event planning and company meetings
- Perform basic research and gather data for executive decision-making
- Handle office-related administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and processing expense reports
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Initiate contact with stakeholders and companies that COEM is interested to work with
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
