Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders/tickets in a timely manner.
- Handling maintenance for buildings including, but not limited to:

- Painting and cleaning of our facilities
- Changing light bulbs
- Snow removal and salting,
-
- Power washing islands, curbs, and buildings
- Patching/repairing concrete and black top surfaces and line striping of parking areas
- Grounds keeping
- Maintaining fuel sumps and spill buckets.
- Changing HVAC filters
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, practices, and safety standards.
- Maintain company vehicles and adhere to all state/local/federal laws and company policies regarding operation of a motor vehicle.
- Maintain truck inventory accurately and manage parts inventory according to company policy and procedures.
- Maintain Bucket Truck and complete all necessary daily required reporting/inspections on the truck.
- Attend and participate in all work-related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes.
- Maintain professional appearance in accordance with the company dress code policy.
- Maintains professional communication and demeanor with vendors, team members and guests.
- Strong commitment to teamwork while being flexible and adaptable to change.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous snowplowing/salting experience a plus.
- Previous experience with aerial lift equipment is a plus.
- Must have knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction environment.
- Excellent communications, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and utilize computer applications, smart phone, and ticketing system required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Requirements
- Valid State Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.
- Must be 21 years old.
