Key Responsibilities
• Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to design visually compelling new hire training manuals, infographics, and digital learning materials.
• Develop interactive, print, and digital training content optimized for ease of learning and retention.
• Work closely with HR and Training teams to align materials with company branding and instructional goals.
• Integrate adult learning principles to create engaging, user-friendly training content that enhances knowledge retention.
• Support LMS content creation and formatting for seamless integration into Schoox and UKG
• Explore AI-enhanced design automation for efficiency in content updates and personalization.
• Assist in developing multimedia training elements, including AI-generated videos and animations.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
