What You’ll Get To Do
As a Kitchen Associate you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives exceptional service by creating a friendly environment, greeting each guest, maintaining high standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and delivering all components of outstanding guest service.
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food products.
- Prepare menu items according to the company’s recipes ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain and practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist in training team members as needed and become cross-trained in both retail and food service operations where applicable.
- Follow incident reporting procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or related incidents to management.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift which starts at 4 AM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
- Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Willingness to learn the store’s computer applications.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment preferred.
