Professional Assistant Kitchen Manager:
Starting Wage $17-19 at Library Road location.
(depending on experience)
Highlights:
Reports to Professional Kitchen Manager
2nd shift only. Must have flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
Must have experience working as a Line Cook / Expo
Must Possess a passion for food service—loves working with Food and Customers.
Understanding and knowledge of food safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
Must Prepares all menu items in a neat and timely manner.
Must be able to manage Expo.
Must maintain the integrity of our Recipes
Must have pride in your work and workplace
Knowledge of maintaining proper rotation of all fresh inventory
Provides Management Leadership to the shift team

Licensure/Certification:
- Serv Safe/Other State or County Certifications within the first 90 days of employment.
- Valid State Driver’s License
Salary : $17 - $19
