• Assemble from drawing and BOM’s.
• Prepare order for customer installation.
• Provide information on assembly hour estimates.
• Occasionally direct others in the assembly process.
• Design and fabricate parts.
• Inspect parts for defects.
• Keep work areas at safe operating standard.
• Communication and teamwork with engineers and other employees.
• Some interaction with customers.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement.
• Turbo to other departments when instructed.
• Use equipment such as: general hand tools, precision measuring tools, sanders, tapers, cranes, fork truck, levels, lathe, mill, saws, deburr equipment, hydraulic press, drill press, and buffers.
• Continually improve work processes.
• Inspect own work.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 plus years hands-on complex mechanical assembly experience.
• Equivalent to 2 years trades training.
• Knowledge of advanced shop math.
• Variety of blueprint reading skills.
• Constant walking and standing required.

• Lift weight up to 50 pounds.
