SUMMARY:
Removes dinnerware from tables as necessary. The Buser will assist the server in providing excellent customer service to the guests of the food outlets of the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clear tables of plates, glasses, cups, and silverware.
- Assist the server in supplying beverages and food to the guests.
- Reset the table for the next guests.
- Stock shelves with clean cups and silverware.
- Decorate tables for special occasions with linens.
- Clean windows and wipe walls.
- Stock ice bins.
- Empty trash as needed.
- Sweep floors to keep clear of debris.
- Clean busing carts.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Coeur dAlene tribal gaming license required.
- Six months previous food and beverage experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong verbal communication skills preferred.
- Strong presentation and organization skills preferred.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely.
