SUMMARY:
The Employee Lounge Attendant will perform tasks to ensure that Team Members have access to fresh abundant food in a clean, organized, and safe environment during their breaks. The EL Attendant works in the Employee Lounge and ensures posted meal times are followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock food in all outlets of the EL following appropriate departmental guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure quality and consistency of all foods and services.
- Report all complaints to manager.
- Ensure continual cleanliness of Employee Lounge.
- Perform periodic measurements of food temperatures.
- Sweep floors.
- Communicate food supply needs to kitchen.
- Clean EL glass during and after each shift.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency managing conflict and influencing outcomes preferred.
- Ability to multi-task required.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and verbal communication skills preferred.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and routines precisely.
