SUMMARY:
The Spa Attendant works in Spa Ssakwa’q’n ensuring the needs of all Guests are met with efficiency while delivering Welcome Home service. The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining an atmosphere in the spa that includes cleanliness, elegance, relaxation and the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel experience of Tribal Hospitality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Explain all spa protocols and procedures to guests.
- Lead all guests on tours through the facility, describing spa offerings and their benefits.
- Serve beverages and miscellaneous items to guests.
- Oversee guest’s treatment schedules, ensuring services are started on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of the spa facility, including the restrooms and relaxation lounge, by performing necessary housekeeping duties.
- Assist treatment providers in preparing treatment products and supplies.
- Inform Spa Front Desk Lead of all supplies that need to be ordered.
- Conduct inventory of products and supplies.
- Attend all meetings, trainings, and workshops as required by the Spa Director.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months previous customer service experience required.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Must have an excellent attendance history free of no call/no show policy violations.
- Strong multitasking skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must have a strong understanding/knowledge base of the spa industry, services, and products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be able to pay attention to details.
- Basic computer skills required.
