Role Description: Painter
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial painting. Duties:
- Surface Preparation: Remove old paint, fill holes, and repair cracks to prepare surfaces for painting.
- Painting: Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Home Preparation: Mask windows and perform other preparatory tasks to ready homes for painting.
- Tool Handling: Transport tools and equipment from vehicles to jobsites.
Abilities:
- Ladder Work: Ability to climb up and down ladders of high heights.
- Work Hours: Availability to work 8 hours or more.
- Punctuality: Consistently show up to the jobsite on time.
- Physical Strength: Lift more than 50 lbs.
- Endurance: Stand for long periods of time.
