This individual assist in building and maintaining relationships with community & Coexist members, organizing events and initiatives as desired, and promoting the organization's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and participation.
- Promote the organization's benefits and perks to existing members.
- Organize and encourage members to host events and activities to attract new members and volunteers.
Volunteer Recruitment and Retention:
- Develop and implement volunteer recruitment campaigns like street teams and Coexist ambassadors.
- Onboard new volunteers and support them with necessary training and support discussed beforehand.
- Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer environment.
- Recognize and reward volunteers for their contributions.
Community Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations.
