• Make sure that the ingredients used are measured as per the recipe-formula and the lot codes are recorded for traceability purposes.
• Review-adhere to company FIFO policy.
• Ensure all ingredients are packaged in conformance with company standards.
• Adhere to company allergen handling policies.
• Inspect all ingredient buckets and lids before and after use for damage (i.e., crack lids, missing parts, etc.) and remove from service if identified.
• Complete all paperwork legible - secure formulas when not in use and at the end of shift.
• Complies with all company processes/standards/policies.
• Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Compensation Range:

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
