Do you like quality coffee and enjoy making someone’s day? Join our Coffee Dose team at our drive-through Micro Dose location! We are looking to add outgoing and friendly car dealers (aka cashiers/order takers) to our team! 

About Us:

Coffee Dose serves the quality of drinks of a third wave coffee shop, while using cheeky marketing to make everyone feel welcome-- whether they're a coffee connoisseur or a basic b*tch here for the gram. We offer seasonal lattes, standard lattes, and drinks made with activated charcoal, collagen, etc. for an extra health boost. We also serve a variety of keto-friendly and vegan-friendly pastries and treats.

Our goal is to provide our community with b*tchin coffee, excellent customer service, and an environment where everyone feels accepted and welcome. 

Job description:

We are seeking friendly and efficient Car Dealers to join our team. As a Car Dealer, you will be responsible for taking down customer orders accurately and efficiently at the outside drive-through line while providing excellent customer service. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers throughout their experience at Micro Dose to provide a welcoming and memorable experience. 
  • Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. 
  • Manage vehicles in line at the drive-through, guiding cars up to the window, taking orders as needed. 
  • Maintain professionalism and a high standard of customer service when interacting with all customers. 
  • Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods. 
  • Ensure each customer is receiving the best guest experience, confirming order was correct and to their satisfaction, handling any complaints or requests. 
  • Assist with side work such as prep, sticker cups, maintain inventory, etc.  
  • Properly handle, maintain, and clean all equipment. 
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations. 
  • Properly open and close coffee location, following proper procedures on setting up, taking down, cleaning the store, and prepping for the next shift. 
  • Be a responsible, bad-ass team player, taking initiative on tasks.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned. 

Pay: $16.00/hour plus tips

Required Skills & Abilities: 

  • Have retail or customer service experience. 
  • Have a genuine interest and passion in coffee and tea. 
  • Great attitude and takes pride in work done. 
  • Have a friendly attitude, handling compliments and complaints with professionalism. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and handle multiple tasks. 
  • Be a responsible team-player that can take initiative. 

Other Requirements: 

  • Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Must retain a reasonably open availability, including weekends, and be willing to meet the current needs of the shop. 
  • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • At Coffee Dose, we use cheeky and strong language to express our love for caffeination. You may be regularly exposed to an environment whose morals, values, and beliefs may vastly differ from your own.
