Job description:
We are seeking friendly and efficient Car Dealers to join our team. As a Car Dealer, you will be responsible for taking down customer orders accurately and efficiently at the outside drive-through line while providing excellent customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers throughout their experience at Micro Dose to provide a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Manage vehicles in line at the drive-through, guiding cars up to the window, taking orders as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and a high standard of customer service when interacting with all customers.
- Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
- Ensure each customer is receiving the best guest experience, confirming order was correct and to their satisfaction, handling any complaints or requests.
- Assist with side work such as prep, sticker cups, maintain inventory, etc.
- Properly handle, maintain, and clean all equipment.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Properly open and close coffee location, following proper procedures on setting up, taking down, cleaning the store, and prepping for the next shift.
- Be a responsible, bad-ass team player, taking initiative on tasks.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Pay: $16.00/hour plus tips
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Have retail or customer service experience.
- Have a genuine interest and passion in coffee and tea.
- Great attitude and takes pride in work done.
- Have a friendly attitude, handling compliments and complaints with professionalism.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and handle multiple tasks.
- Be a responsible team-player that can take initiative.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must retain a reasonably open availability, including weekends, and be willing to meet the current needs of the shop.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
