About the Role :
We are seeking an Assistant Lab Manager to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As an Assistant Lab Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Lab Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all procedures and protocols are followed, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will also be responsible for managing and training lab staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4 years of experience in a laboratory setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
