What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista - FULL TIME! Cafe plus busy drive thru position at Coffee?
WHAT WE EXPECT
· You must be friendly and caring towards our customers and fellow baristas.
· Keep a clean work environment. There is no time for leaning at this company! When you aren’t serving the customers, you will be stocking or cleaning.
· Have the ability to pull perfect shots from a semi-automatic machine and prepare coffee and other drinks that our customers will rave about.
· Reliability and maturity are a must! No drama.

JOB HOURS
This is a full time 4-5 days a week. You must have open availability! You much be able to work weekends. There is also a part time position needed. Weekends are a must for that one as well.

You MUST have at least one full year barista experience working in an EXTREMELY fast-paced environment alone and with other team members. $300-600/hour for several hours is normal. You must be able to stay calm and work quickly under pressure. Must have reliable transportation.
