Job Description
Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, or CRMC, is a 25-bed, non-profit, critical access hospital serving Southeast Kansas and Northeast Oklahoma since 1949.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks for the Patient Registration department.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases.
- Ensure proper stock and inventory levels within the department.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively work with patients, medical staff, and the public. Key skills include greeting patients in a pleasant manner, answering telephone calls, and utilizing Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with electronic medical health care record systems is also required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is necessary for this position.
