What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Backoffice position at Coforge Limited?
We have a requirement for Customer Service representatives with insurance background. This is a remote role.
· 2 years’ experience in Insurance back-office operations (preferably in Healthcare)
· Agreement to work dynamic shifts (morning/afternoon shifts)
· Agreement to work any 5 days a week (that may include working on Saturday/Sunday)
experience:
· Minimum 24 Months experience in Backoffice operations for Insurance processes (Healthcare experience will be preferred)
· Understanding of Enrolments, Claims and/or Policy Holder Services
· Ability to understand how Insurance processes operate and make case to case determinations on coverage, inclusions and exclusions
Skills:
- Ability to work in teams
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Good analytical skills
- Numerical ability
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- should be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business need (including working on Saturday/Sunday capped to a total of 5 working days per week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
