We at Coforge are hiring a Lead Data Modeler with Data Vault the following skillset :
- Designing Data Vault models for hubs, links, and satellites Enterprise and Operational Information.
- Data Mapping : Mapping data from various source systems to the Data Vault model
- Understanding of Data Vault modeling tools like Coalesce, DBT
- Data Quality Management : Implementing data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the Data Vault.
- Data Modeling : Proficiency in data modeling techniques, including understanding of hubs, links, and satellites.
- SQL and Database Design : Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles to create efficient and scalable Data Vault structures.
- Familiarity with ETL tools like DataBricks, Informatica, Talend, or custom scripts.
- Working closely with business analysts, data stewards, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure the model meets business needs.
- Dimensional data modeling experience like Kimball
- Data cleansing, data quality, and data duplication techniques
- Understanding of data products, KPIs and metrics
