- The role requires deep expertise in the integration with the systems and delivering innovative solutions to meet complex business challenges.
- Solution Design & Architecture- Design and implement scalable and efficient technical architectures leveraging.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the overall technical vision, guiding teams on the best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals and ensure alignment between business requirements and technology.
- Technical Leadership, Act as the primary technical point of contact.
- Provide leadership to the development team, guiding them on technical decisions and ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Assist in the resolution of complex technical challenges by providing expertise in technologies, and software development.
- System Integration & Customization, Lead integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, third-party applications, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Customize and extend applications to meet unique business needs using low-code/no-code environment and standard development tools (JavaScript, C#, etc.).
- Quality Assurance & Documentation, Ensure high standards of system performance, security, and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, solution designs, and integration diagrams.
- Review and ensure code quality, including conducting peer reviews and driving best practices across the team.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication, work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
