Skills Required :
- BA / BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry; operations, regulatory & compliance, business analysis, project management, or product management role preferred.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience leading implementations of multiple, simultaneous, large, cross-functional projects while keeping to strict time / cost / quality constraints within an Agile development framework.
- Experience and comfort working in a lead role with cross-functional business and client teams to define, document, implement, and support new IT solutions.
