Job Description
- Ability to communicate in English language and should be residing in San Jose CA.
- Understanding of setting up of new business entities in different countries.
- Should be able to build, organize, and manage project plans for key initiatives, including execution and tracking of program deliverables, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams (IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, Finance business) to understand and deliver on business goals and timelines.
- Partner directly with the Customer Directors / Senior Manager on key team projects, logistics, budget, communications, and engagement.
- Develop, launch, and maintain team bonding to build culture across the team.
- Craft project reporting and create executive briefings to update senior leaders and partners.
- Help create and launch trainings and other team programs.
- Prepare project status reports and executive briefings for various stakeholder groups.
- Responsible for oversight of all product registrations and compliance to applicable regulations.
- Understanding of setting up of new business entities in different countries in Europe and APAC.
- Provides business with accurate and current insight to regulatory requirements.
- Manage timelines and ensure timely submission of regulatory documents.
