- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) for API teams
- Remove impediments and foster collaboration within both teams
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
- Utilize JIRA for project management and tracking
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align and optimize processes
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products / solutions on time.
- Work with the Product Developer to prioritise the product backlog.
