Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to assist our Augusta, GA , US location with IT hardware and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT equipment, including desktops & laptops, along with troubleshooting expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and application issues.
- Assist the remote Coforge team in establishing remote connections.
- Handle escalated issues from the support team.
- Manage and update assigned support tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for known issues.
- Support senior management with IT-related needs.
- Record technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Customize desktop applications based on user requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Conduct daily technical support activities for desktop environments.
- Set up and test network connections for desktop computers.
- Train end users on the proper usage of computer hardware and software
Mandatory Skills :
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
