- About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a multi-stream BPaaS transformation for our healthcare technology client.
- The program involves end-to-end implementation of a new Claims Processing System (CAPS) along with the supporting pieces (a CRM platform), a Member Portal, and a cloud-based Data Lake for real-time analytics and workflow orchestration.
- Program Leadership & Delivery Oversight.
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple integrated and interdependent projects.
- Drive program governance, roadmap alignment, stakeholder updates, and reporting cadence.
- Client & Stakeholder Management.
- Serve as the primary client interface across delivery workstreams.
- Manage alignment across business owners, IT stakeholders, compliance leads, and vendor partners.
- Facilitate executive steering committee sessions and program health reporting. ? Cross-Project Coordination & Integration.
- Lead coordination across project l teams.
- Oversee bi-directional integrations between CRM and CAPS, and between data lake and external providers/payers.
- Ensure member data integrity across all platforms and a seamless user experience.
- Risk, Compliance, and Change Management.
- Proactively manage risks across timeline, resourcing, compliance, and vendor SLAs.
- Lead risk reviews, issue escalations, and resolution management.
- Drive user adoption and change management planning for CRM and member portal.
- 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise programs in healthcare or adjacent industries.
- Strong delivery track record in claims systems (CAPS), CRM platforms, cloud data architectures, and digital health portals.
- Hands-on experience leading third-party vendor engagements and integration programs.
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, HIPAA compliance, and EDI/API healthcare integrations.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.
- PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Preferred Experience - No-code/low-code platforms - Cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, GCP, or AWS data lakes).
- Member or patient-facing digital health portals.
- Contact center technology stack integrations.
