Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concrete Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate Commercial and Residential Concrete projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the concrete industry, demonstrating expertise in project scheduling,anaging, and coordination. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of concrete construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various clients, super intendants, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam for reading and understanding concrete construction drawings
-Reads residential and commercial concrete blueprints to include form setting, rebar tying, and concrete placement.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools.
- Experience with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using software such as Bluebeam.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail when interpreting schematics and blueprints.
