In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with content management systems (CMS), writing engaging copy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business goals.
This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate who has a passion for digital content, strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning more about content strategy and CMS tools.

Responsibilities
- Assist in writing, editing, and publishing content for websites, apps, and other digital channels.
- Upload, format, and update text, images, and videos within the CMS.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and is optimized for readability and engagement.
- Work with designers, product managers, and other teams to create a seamless user experience.
- Help update and optimize existing content for accuracy, clarity, and SEO.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure content displays correctly across devices.
- Troubleshoot minor formatting or layout issues within the CMS.
- Document best practices and workflows related to content management.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Design, Content Writing, or related fields.
- Interest in content design, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Strapi, Craft, Drupal, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web content best practices is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required.
