Job Description
This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer care in all aspects of Field Operations activities including installation, service, design, materials management, and daily workloads. As a leader, you will provide strategic direction and effective coordination of activities to ensure market profitability and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies across the Technical Operations organization to meet established service metrics and quality assurance goals. You will also establish and monitor clearly defined key performance indicators (productivity, quality, sales, service rates, etc.) for all Technical Operations personnel to support best in class customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent and 10 years related experience. You will be required to lead, direct, and motivate a team comprised of management, exempt, and non-exempt employees. You will also participate in the hiring, training, and development of the Technical Operations staff to ensure that personnel development and company financial goals are achieved.
