The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and monitoring clearly defined key performance indicators (productivity, quality, sales, service rates, etc.) for all Technical Operations personnel to support best in class customer service. Some of the key performance indicators may include:
• Network performance and service level compliance
• Quality assurance and customer satisfaction
• Financial performance and cost control
• Team productivity and efficiency
• Training and development of employees
