Summary
Cogency Global is a leader in corporate compliance is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work with our clients at Corporations, Law Firms, Lending Institutions or Small Businesses to provide legal and compliance services. Primary objectives include managing a dynamic workflow in an efficient manner, providing sustained operational excellence, meeting company goals and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide our clients an immediate and effective response as a team to facilitate clients daily requests.
- Support the department daily workflow through Microsoft Teams and provide collaboration with other departments and follow up until completion of tasks. – It is all about teamwork, and communication!
- Able to adapt, learn and teach Cogency Global Proprietary applications.
- Working with public offices and outside vendors on the client’s behalf to coordinate services needed for financial and legal transactions.
- Review and support legal transactions – loan transactions and merger acquisitions.
- Develop, retain and growth of client relationships in different industries such as law firms, banks, and Fortune 500 companies.
- Research and creation of jurisdictional resources for Cogency Global as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient with Small Office Equipment, Adobe PDF and ability to edit PDFs, Microsoft Office Suite – preferably Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to be detail-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a team player, creative and quick learner.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and meet deadlines.
- BA degree/ associate degree.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time; non-exempt Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Salary Range: $38k – $42k
Salary : $38,000 - $42,000
